It depends on our current schedule — we’ll always be upfront about availability. For most projects, we can typically begin within 1–2 weeks of scoping and confirming. Retainer clients get priority scheduling as part of their package.

Absolutely. Most of our work (strategy, copy, content, email, social) is done remotely and works seamlessly across Ireland and the UK. For photography and video, we travel within Munster easily. Shoots further afield may include a travel cost, which we’ll always flag upfront.

Retainers are fully customised to your business — no fixed package you have to fit into. We agree a scope of work, a monthly fee, and a minimum commitment (usually 3 months). From there we work as your ongoing marketing team with consistent output that builds over time.
